Registration Inclusions

The registration fee for COMBINE includes day admission for the COMBINE symposium and welcome reception on the 4th of December.

The registration fee for ABACBS includes day admission for the ABACBS conference on the 5th and 6th of December, welcome reception on the 4th of December and conference dinner on the 5th of December.

The registration fee for COMBINE+ABACBS includes day admission for the COMBINE symposium and ABACBS conference on the 4th, 5th and 6th of December, welcome reception on the 4th of December and conference dinner on the 5th of December.

The registration fees for COMBINE, ABACBS or COMBINE+ABACBS do not include registration for specialised workshops on 7th and 8th December. Tickets for these workshops will be released separately.

Workshop Registration

Specialised workshops will run on 7th and 8th December. These workshops will require separate registration from COMBINE and ABACBS conference. Workshop details (including registration cost) and registration for the workshops will be available at a later date.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend the event and would like a refund, requests must be submitted to conference@abacbs.org. No refund is available for welcome reception or conference dinner available as part of the registration, except for additional purchased tickets.

Cancellations on or before 4th November 2023 are refundable less the administration fee of $40. Cancellations after 4th November 2023 are non-refundable although registration can be transferred to a different name.

Personal Data Collection

Your personal data collected as part of the registration and abstract submission will be used solely for this event and under no circumstances be sold or used for other purposes. Please contact conference@abacbs.org if you have any questions.

Photograph and Video Consent

By registering you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken during the event, in which you may appear, to be used in promotion of this and future ABACBS events and general promotion of ABACBS.
